These Terms of Service govern your use of the Voltare online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Store use

You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, colors, specifications, and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography can affect how colors appear. Products may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued without notice.

Prices and promotions

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, discounts, and availability may change before an order is placed. Promotional offers may include additional conditions shown with the offer.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or inventory errors, shipping limitations, or product unavailability. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payments

You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping

Voltare currently ships only within the United States. Shipping costs, free-shipping eligibility, and delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including the 30-day return window and any applicable 10% restocking fee for voluntary returns.

Third-party services

Our store uses third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and fulfillment partners. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The Voltare name, store design, written content, graphics, and other original store materials are owned by or licensed to Voltare and may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law. Third-party product names, trademarks, and materials belong to their respective owners.

Errors and omissions

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product information, pricing, promotions, shipping, availability, or other store content. If a material error affects an order you placed, we may contact you, correct the order with your approval, or cancel and refund it as appropriate.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voltare is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the store when you place an order applies to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
